This is a thread for those of us trying to lose weight. Discuss anything to do with weightloss here. Weightloss tips, what are you methods, what are you having difficulty with etc.. At the moment I'm trying to give up takeaway to help me lose weight. It's tough. Every time I get stressed out I seem to give in to it. I'm losing weight through weight watchers. And so far I've lost 4kg.

I am also on weight watchers, I am finding it difficult with the takeaway also, I find it too conveniant, and I like conveniance. But it also makes me sick so there is alot of motivation to stop with take away. I find that an even mix of dieting and exercise seems to work for me most.

I seem to lose weight even if I don't exercise. But it's healthy to exercise, so I do it of course. Except for recently because I've been sick.
It's so true about takeaway being sickening. Most of it is fattening and oily so it doesn't go well with the stomach. But another problem is the lack of vitamins. It makes me feel tired after a while. After a while it starts to stop being tempting if I have it a few nights in a row.

For anyone else on weight watchers there is a handy app that you can download free from the app store that is prety much weight watchers in an app.

That app would be good for shopping at the supermarket. Yay! I've lost another kilo so that's 5kg so far. It's taken me almost 10 weeks to lost that.

I suppose you don't know what's going wrong or do you?
I wish I'd lost weight faster. About a kilo a week instead. But I know what I'm doing wrong. I keep on going over my points too much.

I have the same problem. I just get so hungry with dieting. I've gained half a kilo this week.
