It's best that we do exercise at least on most days of the week to stay fit and healthy. So the point of this thread is to post whenever you do exercise.
Today I did 15 minutes of walking.

5 minutes walking and 3 minutes rowing machine. I've lost fitness but I'm getting it back. I also did 45 minutes walking at a local shopping centre.
